A person that has been infected with HIV can go without symptoms for a long time- years can go by before the body shows any signs of being sick. There are oral diseases related to HIV, but they are more likely to be seen in someone who has been infected for quite some time. I do not know if any infection that can be found in the mouth for AIDS or HIV. As you know the only way to test is a blood test. If you are having oral sex, please use a condom.
