You must be very careful when it comes to a wheat allergy. You must aviod all foods that contain wheat in them. A wheat allergy can turn into celiac disease. There are lots of people with advice and lots of internet sites you can go to. The bottom line is that every thing you eat you must check the ing. In the ing. you want to avoid anything that has the word wheat or whey.
