ginger or mint but you should really just get it out of your system

I'm not an alchoholic, but I do know a cure. The cure is to: DON'T DRINK! Your feeling like puking is your body's way of punishing itself! So deal with it. When you wanna reach for beer after beer after beer, think of how sick you felt before drinking and drinking and drinking.
I'm only gonna tell you this because I'm nice. I don't think alchoholics should know this because then they aren't getting the punishment they deserve, but here it is: Eat foods that are extra good for your liver. After all, it's your liver that is working with your alchohal. Keep it healthy and strong, because if this thing goes caput, you're done for! Good Luck and Don't Drink! (especially when you're driving--well, do you want to get yourself killed?)

Here is a vitamin that might save your liver and in what foods you can find them in: Vitamin E: eat sunflower seed, leafy green vegetables, nuts, avocados, and foods made with corn oil.

Um, don't drink so much perhaps?
