yeah. if u drink it like all the time. eventually u will probably gain a pound not including the food u eat, but dont drink it all the time. i heard it wasnt good for u on the news.

I don't think it does, but drinking too much artificial sweeteners is nto very healthy for you. It can even trigger more cravings for sweets which can put on the weight. Hope this helps.

actually it eats away at your insides. if you dont believe me just take out some ground beef and pour a coke over it, let it sit and i guarantee you that the meat will be done. thats the same thing its doing to your insides. whether its diet or regular. its just not good. might i suggest you try drinkning plenty of water. now that you will gain weight from but it will be water weight and you can easily sweat that off. not to pursue you to drink water but its just something to think about.

I have studied this a LOT and found that not only do diet sodas cause weight gain they also cause depression, headaches and other symptoms.
This is because of the ASPARTAME that is in it as a sweetener. The way to go if you still want to drink a no calorie drink is to use Stevia sweetner. It is made from the leaves of the Stevia plant and is ALL natural. You could have tea with lemon or selzer water with lemon or plain and add a couple drops of stevia. Very good way to be able to have a "soda like" drink without the harm

yes if you take alott of diet coke you can put on weight if you take a little ok no gain weight i don't believe in the diet things i believe that if you take some sugar it is better
