I use flax seeds, the are an awesome, low calorie, easy to have around, and cheap way to get your omega 3 fatty acids, fiber, etc.
I put mine in a coffee grinder, and use them in cereal, oatmeal, soups, almost anything, i even put them in yougurt and ice cream. Heres a website that gives more details!

Yes. Flax seeds are great- you can add them to oatmeal, and smoothies and everything. I crunch them down whole sometimes! They have a nutty flavor.
