yes they can perming your hair too much or even coloring it too much will dry it out. when you get a perm wait 6-8 months before the next one.

yes, the chemicals in the perm dry your hair out horribly. Use a deep conditioner every couple of days after your perm to help you hair.
Yes they can. If you perm your hair alot it can do some serious damage to your hair. And if you also color your hair and perm your hair it can dry your hair out big time. After you color or perm your hair use a moisturizing conditioner. I use Dove Permed or Color treated conditioner. It works GREAT. :)
