depends on treatment if you use lotrimen (chlortrimazole) cream or lamisil it takes about 5-7 days but you need to keep appling it for an additional 5-7 days or it may come back. Don't skip applications either.

Had it on my hand , yrs ago, which I got from a client, in my salon. DR, gave me a cream, about 7 days.
