pls,would like to know wat exercise cld do make tummy flat,cos i just gave birth!

I found that Pilates was a great exercise to strengthen my tummy and pelvic floor muscles after i had my two children. It also leaves you feeling relaxed and 2 inches taller. I found that keepfit classes drained my energy, whereas the pilates uses the principles of yoga and weight training,it was used to train ballet dancers,so you get a leaner toned figure rather than bulking up (which after carry babies around i found your arms go quite chunky) and you feel energised and almost relaxed after an hours class. hope this helps!

your stomach is always going to be a little different. Embrace it. When your feeling up to it, try pilates. It is definetely a work out. I have that small pooch after having my son, and it's helping me
