Answers:
Don't try loosing 4kg (8 pounds) quickly. It won't last and with the yoyo effect you'll put some more weight on.

Try decreasing your calories intake, exercice more, and break your habits. If you tend to have chocolate while watching a film in the evening, do something completely else instead in the evenings.

Have a good and hearty breakfast to start with and stick to a low GI diet.

Other Answers:
jog 4 miles a day.

How long do u have to loose the weight? 4kgs isn't alot of weight, i would start with a 48 hr detox (just water and fruit) then eat three basic meals, no junk food and plenty of water if u follow it then the weight will fall off.

Stop eating fatty foods (try cutting out red meat and just eating fish.) And start a regular excercise routine, one where you enjoy a fairly high rate of cardio-vascular action for about 30 minutes a day. (If you don't excercise at all presently, then start with 15 minutes a day, and work your way up to 30 minutes. After that you can push it up to 45 minutes or an hour even.)

Good luck!

start swimming. stop intakes of carbohydrates evening onwards.. have warm water with honey and lime mixed in it as soon as you wake up in the morning.. have a good breakfast and go easy on the other meals of the day.. avoid rice, bread, chocolates etc..

join a slimming club , its the only way to keep it off for good

hav ur food only once a day and that too small amount.rest of the day its better u prefer havin juices instead.continue this for a week n u can reduce more than 4 kgs easily.

Drink heaps of water >2 litres daily if you can and spread your 3 daily meals into say, 5-7 small meals throughout the whole day. Keep 2hrs between each small meal - I have heard that this will speed up your metabolism as your system will prepare to digest a larger meal but instead has to turn to your fat stores and use them. Also try to do at least 20 mins of walking or jogging as the first 10 or so do not use up as much energy. Good luck!

just don`t eat rise, bread, sugar, macaroon and carbohydrates

The key to losing weight boils down to just one thing - the amount of energy you expend must be more than the amount of energy you consume.

The food that we eat is what gives us energy, calories and joules are the units used to measure energy. Our bodies use a certain amount of energy just to keep going and in a female this is approximately 1000 calories a day.

When we perform any sort of physical work we require additional energy and for an average female leading an average lifestyle this will require about 800 calories a day. Added to the 1000 calories just to keep going means that you need to be consuming in the order of 1800 calories a day. If you're engaged in active sports or hard physical work then you'll need to eat more food to produce the extra energy.

People put on weight when the amount of food (calories) they take in exceeds the amount of energy (calories) they burn up. When this happens the excess calories are stored in the body as fat.

To redress the balance you need to be using more calories than you're obtaining through your food. When this occurs the body draws on it's fat reserves to make up the shortfall in calories.

So the bottom line is to eat less and exercise more.

But, it's important to realize there's no safe way to quickly lose weight. Changes to your diet or exercise routines need to be implemented gradually. Slowly build up the amount of exercise you do each day and slowly cut down on what you eat, your body needs time to adjust to these changes.

Another important factor is to maintain a healthy and balanced diet which means you should be looking at eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and limiting your intake of salty, fatty or sweet food. There's nothing wrong with the odd burger or bar of chocolate provided it's in moderation. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water each day - eight 8 ounce glasses is average but in hot weather or during physical exercise you'll need more.

Don't be tempted to follow any of the fad diets as they simply don't work, if one came along that actually worked it would revolutionise the world of dieting instead of joining the long list of defunct diets.

There may be areas in which you can immediately improve your diet by cutting down on fatty foods such as fries and crisps or sweet foods such as biscuits and cakes. Try substituting these things with a healthier option such as an apple.

The best all round exercise you can do is swimming as this improves your entire body but again, there are simple steps you can take such as walking a little bit quicker or a bit further. Instead of walking directly from A to B go a slightly longer way round. Cycling and jogging are other simple exercises that anyone can take part in.

You're only 19 so the benefits of any changes you implement will soon be noticed and a weight loss of 4kg isn't going to take long to achieve. What is important is that once you've reached your desired weight you'll need to continue with the healthy lifestyle in order to maintain that weight.

Good luck.
