It has to be introduced by an infected partner. It does not spontaneously generate.

They don't of both partners are truthful and honest about their past. Just because they look healthy doesn't mean they are. They could have been exposed to something years ago and it is just now showing up

I'm not sure if i understand your question though even if you're Lance Armstrong which is probably one of the healthiest people on earth you are still at risk for STD's and HIV.
Anytime bodily fluids come in contact with another person, particularly a cut/open sore/mucus membrane (your eye) it's a BIG risk.
Some STD's like chlamydia can be cured with antibiotics. THough if you have something like herpes, sorry bro, that's for life. Just know that symptoms for STD's can be dormant for 2 weeks or so to three months. And a person could be living with HIV for years and not even know it. Every situation is unique. For your own sake and that of your partner(s), get TESTED and PRACTICE SAFE SEX!

The time between HIV Infection and the developemnt of Aids varies between individuals. 50% develop Aids, within 10 yeers of infection, but the number of long term progressors are increasing. So the long incubation period should not be taken into account as healthy especially for the multiple partners. Incubation period means the period between contracting the infection and the developement of the signs and symptoms. So during these period they transmit the disease to several people.

it only takes one person, one time, with someone who "looks healthy" but isn't and maybe doesn't know themselves and bada-bing-bada-damn!!

Its called Microbiology.stupid. They come from bacteria, viruses & yeasts.
