is there such a thing called " Water Fat"? if yes how to get rid of it!

Question:

Answers:
yes! it is actually water weight though. you cant really get rid of it becuase whenever you eat something with water in it (which is practically everything) then you get water weight. it is not fat though. if you dont eat a few days you will notice that you rapidly lose weight. you are losing all the water from your body. one day i just did not eat at all, i lost 3 pounds in one day. so yes, there is wate4r weight but you dont want to lose it, unless you choose to not eat.

Other Answers:
I don't think there is such thing.

yeah.but its not really fat, you just drank water so youre bloated. to get rid of it you wait til you gotta use the bathroom.

Its not fat. Water is probably the most unfattiest thing ever. Its called bloating and you pee it out.

it's not "fat" it's just water weight.but you don't necessarily want to get rid of it..it keeps you from getting dehydrated.the only way you can get rid of any kind of fat is by running.that will make your water 'fat' go away.

i'm an athelete

never heard of that one. could it not be just excess fluids you're thinking off. swelling in your arms, hands, ankles and feet? if it is that then cut down on salt and take more exercise. keep feet elevated as much as possible especially at night. put a couple of pillows under the bottom of your matress it elevates feet overnight.

It is simply your body holding water, most people who work out in the gym do not even bother with it until show time. However to reduce the amount of water your body holds you would have to limit the amount of sodium you consume other than that do not even bother with it rather focus on burning fat deposites.

There is a way to get rid of it (temporarily only) but you will have to research that on your own, without guidence you could harm yourself so i will not advise you on how.

No there is no such thing as water fat, there is water weight, generally due to fluid retention, you can get rid of it by reducing the amount of salt you take in, and, oddly enough, by drinking at least three liters of water a day, that will help the body to flush out any excess sodium that may be causing water retention.
