What is the size shape and ect of shigella dysenteriea (Dysentery) PLEASE?!

I need to know this because I am doing a project in school. And I really need help. I searched almost everywhere but no answers!I am depending on all u scientist out there. Give a brother hand!

Shigella is a bacterium. They are rod-shaped organisms, much like E. coli. They are 4 micrometers long, 1 micrometer thick, and 0.3 micrometers wide. For reference, a micrometer is one-millionth of a meter long. See the link below for a micrograph of these organisms.

They invade the gastrointestinal tract to cause dysentery -- a diarrhea full of infectious mucus and blood. They also secrete an exotoxin that causes even more damage. The toxin can destroy cells of the intestinal lining, and some patients suffer kidney damage from it. The toxin is called shiga toxin.
