How do you tell a co-worker or two that their hair and clothes are from the 80's!

One girl has poofy wirey hair from the 80's and another has clothes from the 70's that she just keeps wearing.

So what's so wrong about the 80's? Some people definately are stuck there, I understand. What do you say to those people?
Depends on what you expect them to think about you. Do you care? IF not, tell them this. Excuse me, but your hair and clothes really give me a headache. I mean, back in the 80's that was all cool and stuff. But in case you haven't seen the news lately, it's 2006 and has been since January.

you have to remember back in the 80's and 70's those were real cool looks. Style is different from looking trendy, trends come and go, but if a person likes who they are with a older style, who are you to tell them they are wrong. You can suggest going out shopping with them and talk about new styles of hair and clothes, but in the end its not about what they wear or how they wear their hair, but rather who they are that really matters, otherwise they are just people you know, not someone you really want to know well
