You dont love him, you have a crush on him, love is a mutual concept, at least in its purpose it is. If you "love" him and he is with someone else, you should probably just go blow every guy you meet.
Here's some real advice. The law says you are not legally allowed to have sex before the age of 16 -- whatever you do, do NOT have sex with this 19 year old until you are 16 or he literally could go to jail and be branded a sex offender. The rest is up to you. Be freinds now - just no SEX until you're 16.
