40 years old man positive hcv antibodies from 10 years ago until now follow up f!

liver enzymes within normal, no complications or symptoms until now. whate i can do from another check or invistegations to be save.

continuous monitering of liver enzymes should be done each 6 months if he has the case for 10 years now.
also cancer markers should be assesed in cluding B-HCG and Alfa Feto Protein(AFP)

If what you mentioned earlier are OK, and your liver biopsy is done and the results are OK, as well as cancer detecting enzymes and ESR are normal, then you r OK.
