Does splitting an areobic workout into two half hour sessions give the same bene!

Is it just calories burned or are there other benefits (such as better cardio health, increased calories burned after the workout, any effects on metabolic rate, etc.)? I know there is a training benefit so you do the exercise itself better (like doing a long run to increase endurance), but I don't mean that.

it all depends on what your goals are. If it is for the aerobic benefit, then either way will give you the same results. If you are trying to burn fat, then one session will be better than two sinc eit takes about 20 minutes of activity before the body switches to burning fat for energy.
