What do u think this is true?!

they say we only use 10 percent of our brains..do u think this is true?.and if it is true.how could we as humans use more?.or should i ask.why don't we use more?

A) It´s false! The capacity of the human brain hasn´t been properly measured, so, saying that we use 10% is like saying that you know 10% of the universe when you don´t know how big it really is!
b)"More" is not the answer I would look for. We should start with "better".
