I believe its a muscle spasm. But, what do I know?
because its in your body and your nerves or muscles are sending signals to your eye muscles... you can feel it and even see it and how it effects you, but no one else can because its so faint !
It's usually just an involuntary movement of the eye muscle and happens so quickly that usually nobody can see it.
sometimes they can, but if its one of those that you can only feel, its a nerve under the top layers of skin. undected
People can see it if you point it out most of the time, its called an eye spasm. I've always been able to see mine twitch. Its not as dramatic as it feels so most people can point it out.
i have seen someones eye twitch, ya really have to pay attention..but when its twitching it feels like your whole eyes falling out.
Either you are more observant than others over this matter or it really isnt there but you think it
this usually happens when you have hyperexcitable nerve endings and you can feel that but it does not necessarily lead to the contraction of your eyelid so therefor no one can see it
