Are there any neck exercises?!

U can just move your neck clockwise and anti - clockwise. up and down as well as left and right.

Here's one that they do for wrestlers: the "neck bridge"

Lay on your back, then arch your back and walk your feet back towards you so that you are balanced on the top of your head and your two feet, like a back bridge but on your head and feet and not your hands and feet. Half your weight will be on your head and neck. slowly twist and roll your neck left and right, and side to side while in this position.

Besides the "neck bridge". you can also use isometric resistance. Have a partner apply consistent counter-resistance (with both their hands to your head) as you attempt to move your neck, first to the left, then to the right, to the back, and to the front. They can also use a large bath towel to apply resistance (which spares the hands from fatigue). Be careful however not to jerk the neck. Allow the iso-tension to be continuous, smooth, and deliberate. Finally, some gyms still have a four-way neck machine where you can hit all four areas of the neck (sternocleidomastoid).

There was also a story about David Coulthard, the F1 pilot, who had a problem like yours. His neck was weak and thin. That's why he was watching TV with his helmet on.
You should consider that most of the people, who dislike their neck, have not so well developed shoulders. It would be a good idea to train them also [3].
Anyway, I think it's not a good idea to train just one muscle group. It is important to workout every muscle in your body at least once a week (means 2-3 split trainings a week). About the bodyparts that you don't like, just put more stress on them (not too much or you could achieve the opposite result).
