im very lazy, cant exercise,cant stop eating,is there any way to loose my weight!

Eat foods that are better for you, more veggies and fruits and drink lots of water. If you really like to eat then it is possbile to eat more often during the day and still lose weight but you have to downsize your portions. Eat 6 to 8 times a day depending on your appitite but you don't have to eat a full meal, 1.) breakfast=a bowl of oatmeal. 2.) Mid-morning snack= small bowl of fruit or a banana. 3.) Lunch= a turkey sandwich with light mayo. 4.) Afternoon snack= A salad. 5.) Dinner= a sensible sized portion of chiken or other lean meat. 6.)After dinner snack= Fruit or low fat snak in a sensible portion size. If you find yourself hungry in between grab an apple, grapes or somthing like that. What happens is you trick your bodies motabolism into speeding up and burning more calories you will actually become less hungry but will lose weight and your self esteem will increase and then you will want to get up off the sofa and start working out to speed the weight loss up. not trying to be mean but you need to get up and move around and work out. this can lead to severe medical problems. like heart failure and diabetes. please find something you can do that will motivate you to loose the weight. start slow and then gradually build up. go on short walks then once you can do that with no problem make them longer and longer. please don't just sit around and do nothing.

until you will be able to discipline yourself, your only choices are liposuction, a shrink, to staple your stomach (radical surgery to remove some of your intestines to minimize food absorption in the body.) Maybe you want to reconsider being lazy. Get an awesome looking personal trainer who has lots of patience.

I'm sorry but there are no easy ways to loose weight. If you're lazy and refuse to exercise then you're out of luck. Most pills and such may take off some but if you keep eating and not burning, you'll just gain it back and probably a lot more.

Sounds like you'll need to change all those habits,if you're really serious about losing weight.I myself have the same problem.It's a whole pattern of living that needs to be changed. Argh! it's not easy.I feel for ya though.

eat some healthy foods like lettuce, carrot sticks etc.. instead of snacking on fattening foods and try force yourself to do a little bit of exercise.go for walks to start, I have a friend who is like you and has given up and has several serious health conditions from his obesity, lack of exercise and over eating, its sad to watch but he is on a sure fire road to death soon. Sounds like you are doomed. Like everything else, laziness pays off too and you sound like your are getting lots on your return.

Best way though is to wean yourself off something everyday, just a little so it doesn't seem as bad. I lost 49 pounds and have kept them off for over three years. Also if you don't want to have a routine for physical fitness, just do this, get some hand and ankle weights and use them in everyday life when you walk. Sit on the sofa, move your feet and legs around. Take your arms, swing them while walking holding even just 2 pound hand weights will do the trick. Dance sitting down, move the weights back and forth, in a sitting down routine. Soon you won't even notice that you are doing it. Best of luck.
