Count your calories, I know it's a pain, but you have to keep track. Don't eat fast food. Don't eat alot of cheese or potato's, or bread. Don't eat after 6 or 7pm. Work out at least 1 hr. 4 times a week. I bike and walk. Drink LOTS of water! Chew sugarless gum. When you are hungry, you can eat all the salad you want. I lost a ton a few years ago, and this is how I keep it off. AND don't watch the TV, answer questions on Yahoo.keeps mind offa food!

Exercise more eat healthy foods, easy to say but difficult to do but the safest and effective way. U don't have to join expensive fitness clubs. Make a commitment to urself, have more patience. I know the feeling, hope for the sexier you!

i.e. Sit ups in am and pm! Swimming is best for flattening stomach butt lifting and firming(legs, thighs, waist too!)Without tension on your legs and lower back because there's a little gravity on the water!Good luck

Eat more food earlier and less food later to boost your metabolism.

Excersize.

You need to keep doing this and stay in control, its not like a one-time fix, its like homework, do it constantly, don't just wait for it to come and haunt you.

remember that it's not weight that matters, it's fat. according to the BMI (body max index), bodybuilders are overweight. why? because fat weighs more than muscle does. so don't be surprised if you seem to put on some weight while doing excercise, you're probably putting on muscle. pay less attention to the scale and more attention to how you feel. do you FEEL healthy? do you have energy? do you sleep well at night?

there are plenty of diet tips on the internet. the most important thing about eating right is that you eat a variety of foods, not just veggies, but different veggies. eat 3 square meals a day and about 2 snacks. breakfast is important within 45 minutes of waking up so your body begins the metabolism process. also, carbs are good for you, but they should be good carbs; whole graion or wheat breads, brown or wild rices, barley, etc. the basic thing is that you want to burn more calories than you eat. if you are a pretty big person, this should be around 2500 calories, more or less depending on the size of your body. remember, your body is burning calories at all times, so you don't have to run on the treadmill until it says 2500 calories burned.

no matter what you do, as long as you are eating healthily and getting in regular exercise, you should be fine. if you do not begine to see a weight loss, go to the doctor. it could be a problem with your thyroid gland or a plethora of other things. good luck and have fun.

That'll start to speed up your metabolism, which will burn up more food rather than store it. A bit of suger here and there won't hurt as long as you burn it off.

so if you walk around in mumbai also .. you can do it. or for that matter any city . it doesn't matter
you can walk for miles and miles if you are serious.. once yo'uve lost wait

Try saving junk food, desserts, and other bad foods for special occasions. Also, just doing millions of sit ups and push ups can be boring. Try playing sports for exercise.

Well how much overweight are we talking about. Because depending on age and height you might not be that overwieght. And its not about losing weight its about a life style change that you are going to have to make. One junk food is not an option. Packing lunch and buying healhty food is step number one. Yes junk food is deliciouse but also full of unhealthy calories and clogging your artiries. I.E. early death. HEART ATTACK!! Change number two up your cardio routine. I run three to four times a week for about an hour. I have been able to maintaine a good weight at 5'3 and about 119. I understand you want to loose the weight quick style but its a change that you have to make and you will feel and look so much better and your self esteem will rock it. I hope this helps you..its gonna be hard but not impossible, also not eating and starving yourself is just a temporaty fix.it just adds to your list of things to fix. Oh! and water.its should become your best friend. No more juices unelss they are natural.like made in front of you. Always carry a bottle of water with you . EXERCISE! i think the fun and best way to EXERCISE is ti Bo! (spelling?) working with him is so cool he makes u want to work and tells u to keep trying and everything else ! if u don't like this then i don't know what u will like ! haha

but u also have to remember to eat rite try NOT to eat fast food and other junk high in calories and carbs

OH YEAH. if u want to work the legs more running is awesome when u get used to it and so is biking!!

o yeah i forgot to tell u tibo has 8 min wrk outs that can HELP YOU EVERYDAY!! u can do it 8 mins a day! i do.

less breads and no sodas. lots of water and take fiber pills. less carbs too. and with a regular routine of excercise works great.
