its probably not just one yeast infection you probably just keep getting them over and over again i did it one year and i found out it was colored underwear the dyes in my underwear set off a new one ..the doctors say that women should wear only white cotton panties

Other Answers:
No I have actually never had one and I'm 35, however women can get yeast infections from lotsa things, food allergies, condoms, lubricants.there are too many causes to list, my advice start keeping track of the things that you do that are different and the things that you do every day.eliminate these things one at a time for a few days/weeks at a time, see if it makes any difference.or maybe you are just susceptible to them and your not lucky if that's the case I feel bad for ya kiddo!

This is what you can do:
-wear only cotton underwear so your skin can breathe and doesn't sweat.
-don't use soap to wash down there, only water is ok. Soap can irritate the pH-level and this can cause another yeast infection
-eat a yogurt once a day, you can even put a tampon into yogurt and then put it inside you (make sure its not bloody cold coming from the fridge) - it can help you when it hurts and itches and stuff like that
-don't eat too much sugar, yeast loves sugar.
-put some garlic in your food
-try a different cream, metronidazole never ever worked for me!
-go and get your partner treated as well (but often they bloody don't get anything, its just us girls!! - anyway put some of your cream on him as well, just in case)
-go to your doc until he finds something that helps! My doc always gave me the same cream.
