My tummy hurts.?!

Last night I had sex and right after like not more than 15 seconds later I had a massive tummy cramp. It felt like a long more painful PMS cramp. I t hurt so much I thought I would die. My friend said that sometimes when you have sex and you have gas the this could happen. Is this true? Gas can cause cramps after sex?

it could be gas but it could be something else you could have an infection in your urinary tract or any other number of things i would talk to my doctor
