I'm trying to lose weight. Can I eat too much fruit?!

I'm on weight watchers and each piece of fruit costs 1 pt. Popcorn (98% fat free) is also one point. Should I avoid eating popcorn before I go to bed?

Well, thats several questions. So.
1) yes you can eat too much fruit. It can give you all sorts of entertaing GI syptoms.
2) You do not need to avoid popcorn before bed. Just make sure that you brush and floss your teeth really well afterwards. Popcorn has a lot of fiber and can give you the same GI problems as too much fruit.

yes you can eat to much fruit. it will cause u intestinal problems. try just eating all healthy. veggies, fruit, good cut of meat. There are many things to do. drink lots of water and excercise. good luck!

Yes, you can eat too much fruit. If you eat alot of fruit thinking that you won't have to eat other things like veggies, it's like almost as bad as not eating friut at all (I think.)

fruit has more sugar in it and if you are watching carbs, could cause you problems in the long run. You get more for your points with popcorn IMO.

Ok only eat in the morning and then eat at dinner but only eat fruits that what i do

popcorn has alot of stach jest to let u know i would go modert on it and enjoy it as a treat like i do now but avoid movie theater popcorn because that is jest a mess of fat hang in their im sure u can lose the weight :)

Fruit contains natural sugars. Althought its good to eat fruit, you can eat toomuch of anything. I would consider keeping your level of fruits along with a balanced diet near reasonable ammounts and dont think that just because somthing is healthly means that you can hog out. Thats what most people get wrong about diets. Your trying to make your body eat apon its fat resurves until you get your desired weight but also encorperate a full body workout once a week and be sure to take your vitamans to keep your body functioning correctly and distributing its functionalities evenly.

no eating of anything one hour before bed. try my formula that is really working. fruit and vegetables. no poultry and meat. get your protein from nuts, beans and legumes and don't forget to workout daily

Unless you have already reached the points quota, I don't see why not. However, nutritionists and health authorites have recommended that people eat five portions of fruit or vegetables a day so if you haven't had enough fruit or vegetables for the day, you might be better off having a piece of fruit. The choice however is up to you.

Too much is never good. Just eat the right amount. Fruits contain lots of sugar.
