Question:
im always working and also a night person i dont do much but work and hang out with my bf but i really want to get up in the morning full of energy anyone know anyways how?
Answers:
try going to sleep earlier and cut back on your caffeine intake as this makes you crash hard. a great night sleep, well resetd bnpdy has more energy upon wakign up. you may just be a night owl, and you rbody may never adjust to getting up early with energy.

Make sure you are taking a multi-vitamin everyday and engage in atleast moderate physical activity 3-5 times a week. Even though it seems like you would be more tired after working out, you actually feel more energized after a moderate workout. Make sure you are getting enough sleep and try to reduce (if any) of your stress.

The best way to increase your energy level is to follow a exercise regime, but its hard to do as I know myself. I take vitamins with added Iron that gives me an energy boost also you can take a glucose powder in place of sugar in your drinks and on desserts, but this is high n calories I think. you should check it out. if you find it hard to motivate for an exercise regime, join a martial arts class where there is support to train and improve stamina, also get to know how to defend yourself. in a way I prefer that way of exercise to going to a gym.

I suggest that you see your doctor. I don't know how old you are or how long you've felt this way, but this type of feeling can arise from anything from depression to serious illness. So if it continues, I'd say go see your doctor.

I had this problem for years. Finally I went to a dr. and found out I have hypothyroidism which is why I felt fatigued the majority of the time.

maybe you don't get enough sleep at night

Can you write me back at yahoo email? I would appreciate the opportunity to answer you.
