Question:
I do NOT DRINK WATER PROPERLY

Tap water has floride and many toxin as do many spring waters. I suggest drinking 6 cups of distilled water each day. Add 3 teaspoons of unrefined sea salt to three of those glasses of water to remineralize them.

Other Answers:
You should have 8 cups of water daily. Since each cup is 1/4 of a litre, you should drink 2 L daily.

Take your body weight, divide by two - and that's the number of ounces of water you should drink daily.

The rule of thumb is at least 2 Liters.

8 cups or 2 liters

Thats alot of water.

You have to remember that other sources are included in that calculation, juice, coffee, tea, pop, liquid from food intake.

You should drink about 2 liters. Since i deal in quarts and pints. You should have 8-10 8 ounce glasses. You do the conversion. 40 ounces in a Liter. I don't drink enough either(water that is)

Make drinking water a hobby, unless you have a sodium irregularity condition. Actually you don't really NEED 2 liters of water a day, because it depends on your routine and physical activity. If you happen to perspire a lot, then drink as much fluids as you can. Any excess water you just get rid of anyway.

Your water needs depend on many factors, including your health, how active you are and where you live.

Though no single formula fits everyone, knowing more about your body's need for fluids will help you estimate how much water to drink each day.

It is generally the case that if you drink enough fluid so that you rarely feel thirsty and produce between one and two liters of colorless or slightly yellow urine a day, your fluid intake is probably adequate.
