Yes they do, they keep getting bad, then you just can't see and finally have to put the glasses on, might I add they are a pain, but a blessing
To a degree yes they do worsen, however when you wear glasses your eys actually get lazy so worsen alot more faster.
Well, they aren't going to get better. What usually happens is that your vision changes gradually over time - whether or not you wear your glasses. If you wear your glasses, at least you'll be able to see.
If you have vision problems that require wearing corrective lens's and you don't. you are DEFINITELY DOING YOUR EYES A DISSERVICE AND FURTHER DAMAGING THEM. Do your self and your eyesight a favor and get your eyes checked and correct the problem, remembering that your eyesight does not normally improve as you age.
