Clinic's eye surge cream and eye lifting serum. it really helps and then put some kind eye concealer. either clinic or MAC one that covers really well. and your set.
a ton of sleep and water but for a quick fix i keep one of those gel eye masks in my fridge and lay down for 5 mins or so with it on my eyes. it really makes a difference and it makes me feel so much better. A good concealer helps too. MAC has the best ones i've found.
