Women Check-Ups?!

Question:
If you have limited income but need to have some women check-ups done. How or where should you search for a place to have these done at? Health Care office? Which places charge you for check-ups? How much do they charge? Can you pay them monthly like a doctor bill? I'm 22 and never had any kind of women check-ups. I don't even know where to begin trying to find a place.
Answers:
No matter what state that your in you can go to Plan-Parent hood. E-mail me your city state and zip and I'll find the closest one near you.

Tell them you dont have a job. And it will be free the state will pay for it.

Other Answers:
Planned Parenthood does them on a sliding scale (based on income). They also offer birth control on a sliding scale if you need it. It's important to have an appointment annually or whatever your medical professional recommends.

You can also look in the phone book for local community or county clinics.

if you live in the US, contact planned parenthood (www.planned parenthood.com) you can also call the department of public health in your city, state, or county and ask them where you can get STD testing (this is one of the easiest ways to get a women exam). you could also try going to any doctor- many have special payment plans and "sliding-scale fees" for people with low income. they could point you to a place where you could get the exam if not.

plannedparenthood.com

Depending on your income, they might not even charge you that much $15 maybe go to the site and it will give you all the info you need.

there are some places that offers you free help you just have to find them.
