There is any way or something to do to reduce my sleeping time for example from!

I know the brain needs 45 min to shutdown and rest but the body send signals to the brain tells the body needs more time. So if there is any way to do that please tell me?

Yes I used to do it all the time in Dental School during finals. But you need to find the time to take about two or three naps during the day 30 minutes or so.

Get up 4 hours earlier or go to bed 4 hours later. It will be hard for a while until the body adjusts but after a while you will get used to it. Plus you won't suffer from insomnia.

You need to relax and pretend that your brain shuts off, and then think some mantra sentences like, "im going to sleep feeling good, relaxed and comfortable", and the sleep.

You will sleep better and this way you can sleep less, you can search more in depth.

Why? Maybe what you should pursue is a time management course? Unless you have children or a multi-million dollar industry, what reason would you have for wanting to LOSE sleep?

change your diet! Probably you're eating a lot
of foods that are hard for your body to digest,
so you need more sleep to work it off. I used
to sleep 8 hours per day and was always tired,
and then I went to an old British doctor who
did muscle testing on me and determined which
foods my body wanted and which were bad for it.
When I cut out the foods that were bad for me,
I went to sleeping 5 hours per day, and feeling
more energetic than ever before. That was about
20 years ago, and I still only sleep 5 hours
most days.

Some of the foods were hard to cut out, like
sugar, wheat (I can eat a bit of that now),
rice, most grains (but spelt and rye are good
for me), etc.

Also, caffiene makes you sleep longer because
your energy goes way up when you have it, and
then your body crashes later and has to recover.
