Question:

Answers:
acetominophen or ibuprofen helps. also be sure to eat before you get it done because your blood sugar will decrease while you get it done.

Other Answers:
you can apply ice to your skin to numb it

to not get one.
think about it, you'll have it for the rest of your life, or a scar where it used to be. do you really want to do that to yourself?

suck it up,dont wimp out, take the pain.you love yourself for it

Come on now! It doesnt hurt THAT much! You can handle it.

take a couple shots

Do not take anything because it can cause you to bleed more and could make you sick to you're stomach! Come on suck it up! If you truly want a tattoo feel all the pain that comes along with it!

What pain? Don't be a softie and go get the needles, man! You could get wasted on Jack Daniel's finest Bourbon - that would work!

anything with an "ocet"
percocet
lorocet.

Don't take anything, if you are big enough to get a tattoo you are big enough to take the pain!! you don't want anything that can thin your blood in your system.

Advil or ibuprofen or just suck it up and go bareback

I got my tattoo wen I was in the 8th grade. It realy doesn't hurt as bad as you think it will. It all depends on where you are getting it! Like the previous person said apply ice to it and it will numb it a little. Other than that you can't do anything but take it. Being that it's not a physical pain you can't take an meds for it.

you take an ice and you will get to meet a tattoo.

your not supposed to take anything until after your tattooing is all done. The reasoning for this is because, pain killers thin your blood and if you bleed easy they the artist will know.I wouldn't take anything until then.Besides it really just feels like a paper cut.

I have three TATTOOS and trust me they dont even hurt you.
If you want to you could be texting some one like i did because it takes yur mind off things,
I think that is what took my mind off things when i had my tatttoo done.

The best suggestion I have for you is to not think that your getting a tattoo. I have three of them one on my back, one on my inner ankle and one on my foot. What you can do is depending on where you get it, ask the tattoo artist to do a little dot where you plan on getting it. and if you don't like it all you have is a small little dot, if you do like it then go for it! Honestly mine did hurt for because some areas where there is bone that's where it will hurt the most, like for the one on my ankle when the artiest got close to the ankle bone is where it hurt the most. but if you do get it done, i strongly suggest you don't use neosporine, use bacitracin or the tattoo goo! good luck!

Wow, I really like that texting thing. Genius! But hey guy, a tattoo is a needle scraping the surface of your skin with pigment, it's going to be a little uncomfortable but if you're worried about the pain then you really shouldn't be getting a tat. It sounds strange, but pain is part of the reason why you want the tattoo. But if you're going to take anything do the topical spray, you big wimp. Alcohol and pain-killers won't help the bleeding.
