does exercising in warm temperature have an advantage over cooler temperature wh!

Question:
i guess what i'm asking is, since i tend to sweat more in warmer weather, would i lose more weight compared to working out in cooler temperature, given the same level of intensity?
Answers:
Yes, you do lose weight slightly more easily in warm weather, but sweating isn't the reason you do; you don't begin to effectively lose weight until your body temperature excedes a certain degree (it's slightly below the degree that you start sweating at). This has to do with your body's method of processing fat, which requires higher than normal temperatures. So, since it's easier to warm up when the weather is warmer, you get to that fat-burning degree faster when working out in warm weather; you still sweat and lose weight in cold weather, it just takes longer for your body to get that hot.

Other Answers:
yes.. u sweat more, which burns more calories

proabably becuase your body has tons of water in it and when you are in a warm place, you lose more water which can probably make you lose weight.

I think its more effective in teh cold because the weight your losing isn't just water weight like in the summer. In the cooler temperature when you sweat its because your working harder and your body is working harder to produce heat, whereas in the heat you are losing mainly water weight and its only overheating you

the more you sweat the more you loose
