Ask Michael Jackson. If he can change from a black man to a white women, he is the expert.

There's this skin pigment called "Opaque" or something to that effect. I think MAC carries it? It's supposed to give your skin a very porcelain complexion.

I don't wear it, myself - but as you can see by my avatar, I'm pretty damn pale. I use the lightest shade of foundation that "Perscriptions" carries - that may help you as well.

But hey. Don't be unhappy with whatever colour skin you have, I'm sure you're beautiful without any lightening.

Chanel, Blanc Universel De Chanel, Sheer Illuminator.

It's blanc (WHITE) and is awesome, your skin looks porcelain and beuutiful.

Seriously if you want to whiten your skin, take tons of vitamin C at least 2000mg everyday. It works,,

You can use skin brightning products or fairness products.I dont know which country you are from but these products are freely available in brands such as Estee Lauder, Elizabeth Arden, Clarins, Dior and Clinique. Or you can try an asian product such as Fair & Lovely Fair Radience. Many of these work by stopping the melanine production in your skin. As for side effects I think the skin can get sensitive to sunlight. But melanine production will kick back in soon after you stop using the produts.
