Try the pilates workout. I don't know if there's a pilates website but if there is, I'm sure they'll have a detailed exercise regiment system posted there.

Can't think of a website but a good way to tone your bum and thighs is to do squats. Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Extend your arms out in front of you and squat down (like ya do behind a bush! Lol) Hold for 5 secs then stand up. Remember to keep your arms level with the floor and your back straight. Repeat 20 times every day. Believe me, it works!
