Sounds as if you need a new scale, unless maybe you lost a lot of water weight that first week, that is entirely possible.

Lot's of different things can affect your weight. Water retention, hormonal changes, etc. Most people will fluctuate a few pounds from day to day. As long as you are eating healthy, then there is nothing unhealthy about losing and gaining a few pounds. It is perfectly normal.

I think your fine, but if you keep losing weight i'd go see the doctor for diabetes but you might want to put new battaries in your scale and see if that makes a different. Make sure you don't have your scale on carpet or a rug. It says you weigh less than you usually do.

It's pretty normal for your weight to change a little bit based on several different factors. What you would need to be concerned about is rapid _significant_ changes, like 25 lbs or more.

Yes, because that weight is just water weight, and as your body goes through cycles, depending on the amount of salt you consume, etc, it will hold on to more water at certain times more so than on others.
cheers

your a woman our weight always fluctuates my weight goes up and down all the time just try not to think of it and try not to weigh yourself all the time..okay?

This is normal, people gain or lose pounds depending on the things you eat and the exercise or physical activity you do every single day. In reality, you can't eat the same thing and/or exercise exactly the same way every single day of your life. Different foods, different days, different exercises = Different weight.

Well what I do know is that women's weight in particular goes up and down and up and down. If you weigh yourself daily you will find significant fluctuations. Its due to a variety of circumstances, such as.menstruation, hormones, diet, salt intake, water retention, exercise, body temp, or your scale is a piece of crap. There are a million reasons why you fluctuate this much. I know I am the exact same way. I can lose 4 pounds in a day..gain em back the next..lose another gain 2 more. To tell the truth its a real pain in the butt.

Your weight in pounds doesn't make a difference in how healthy you are. If your clothes are fitting the same week to week, then don't worry about it.
