Question:
Take 5-10 six sided dice (I use 10)
roll all at the same time
add up all numbers, multiply by 4 or 5
thats how many crunches you have to do
repeat, at least 15 times.
(crunch: lay on back, put legs up DO NOT CROSS LEGS, pull stomach up, shoulders off floor.)
or, roll 2 or 3 dice and add them together and multiply 7

Thanks for the idea, I love to do crunches because they give me energy and I don't know why, plus I am really looking forward to loosing weight and getting a six-pack after a while. My friend (who is a girl, I am a guy) loves to do crunches too. I'm gonna have to tell her about this game because it sounds awesome.
That is alot of ab work.
