3. remove the waxy-ish paper thing that covers the sticky on the bottom.
4. put it in the crotch area of your panties.
5. fold the wings around, if there are any.

well it says how 2 do it on the front of the box
Yeah it will feel uncomfy and stiff, thats why I switched to tampons. Its easier to wear a pad with tight clothes like jeans to keep it in place as well.
1.) take one pad
2.) Open it
3.) Peel off the paper that is sticky that is on the pad
4.) Stick it in your underwear
5.) DONE!
Don't worry, it is usual for it to feel stiff and uncomfortable, usually that happens until you get used to it.
P.S. Tampons aren't as good as pads.
