How to reduce Creatinine levels?!

The creatinine levels aren't really a problem unless they elivate to extremely high levels they simply indicate kidney function to serve as a diagnostic test. The real problem is the actual kidney and once it begins to die you can't fix that. If the problem is drug or diet related then ending treatment or reforming the diet will help. Otherwise watching you intake of certain foods may have limited results by not requiring the kidneys to work as hard.

im not sure there is. i think transplant or dialysis are the only options once kidney failure gets bad enough. im no expert though, there might be other ways.
