it sweats around the lips when i wear lipstick or makeup .why does this happen?!

it is because your lips are not allowed to breathe or perspire/sweat as the lipstick is forming an airtight layer.
you prolly want to get one of the permeable lipsticks..

You need to line your lips with a lip pencil in a matching shade to your lipstick. This will form a barrier and your lipstick won't "bleed". Good luck
