I don't want to point out the obvious but get some head and shoulders trust me after a few days of using it [wash everyday] your dandruff will be gone.

If possible at all wash your scalp and hairs with Curd , atleast twice a week and then rinse and report back to me after 21 days. thks

Shave your head then scrub it with a cheese grater, then get yourself a nice red wig

vinegar rinse with it after you shampoo it works wonders
seriously

There is no cure for dandruff. However you can treat it quite well. Use any dandruff shampoo. They are only effective for a short time. Then you must change to another brand. Use 3-4 different brands and switch back and forth. You will be amazed at the great results.

wash ur hair regularly! use ALL CLEAR/ HEAD AND SHOULDER. both r good! once the dandruff is gone..DONT STOP WASHING UR Hair regularly. u can use hats/caps/scurfs to hide ur hair for the time being.

Head and Shoulders or Selsun Blue---It really works.

try vinegar, it balances the acidity of the skin of the scalp. rinse with one spoon after you shampoo.

Ok, Nutrogena T-Gel shampoo.
It is doctor recommended. It is is dark brown colored. You can find it at Wal-Mart and any other kind of store like that. Also try and use a scalp moisturizer. Dandruff is just dry skin. If your scalp is that dry, then you need to moisturize just like you would with the rest of your body. Try a leave-in conditioner or a moisture mask made for hair. But definetley try the T-Gel if you use it regularly it will work wonders. My brother used it on doctor's orders and it worked great.

You may have sebbhorea. In babies its called cradle cap but adults get it also. Use a tar shampoo like T-Gel or Denorex. Wash your scalp very gently, don't scrub or scratch your scalp. Use a moisturizer on your scalp- Paul mitchell makes a leave in conditioner that is blue and is also very good for your skin. Rub this conditioner gently into your scalp. Don't brush your hair too hard. Irritation from scratching seems to make the flaking worse. If what you have is just regular dandruff this method will also help. Also you could try taking a good multivatamin and fish oil capsules. also try that Nizoral shampoo, it's a little pricey($10 small bottle) but that stuff is great!
