When you do strength training exercises you build muscle which in turn burns more calories. Cardio vascular exercise naturally burns calories. However, you should eat healthy as well. Small portions without starving yourself. Stay away from sugar laden products. Eat more veggies and less bad carbs.

Get up and move and change your eating habits don't just diet. Drink lots of water.

A combination of both. Also, instead of a "diet", why not just adjust your eating habits. Ya know, make a lifestyle change. It's not healthy to diet all the time.

If you are overweight by more than 8 Kgs then you need to diet first, because it is quite hard to exercise when you are overweight.

exercise is good. diet is just another word for starving. go and eat whatever you want but exercise a lot, diet just makes you thin and your body starving. exercise does neither.

I lose more weight eating junk but my body is all funky (not looking) just chronic health issues. For me, walking many miles a week works.

to lose weight you need to diet primarily..excercise will help keep it off and make you feel better.it is very hard to lose significant weight just by excercising and not changing your dietary intake..
