u do not have a terrible weight, but maybe make some sacrifices? buy some red bean paste from ur heath food shop, put a teaspoon in a mug of boiling water and drink it instead of coffee. It tastes delish!

the metric system is a waste when i was taught the regular height and weight in inches and lbs.

but if u feel ur that u wood liek to be more heathly u shood,
1.try get more fruit n veg in ya diet,
2.do ab crunches
3.control a balenced diet
4.dont cut out suggary foods just try to eat less of them
if u feel that u wood like to lose soem weight first make sure dta ur doin it 4 your self and nobody else,
