how to increase stamina in 4 days?!

I'm entering a B-Boy (breakdance to comercial public) competition this coming weekend (may 13th). I realized today that while I have enough moves and style to perhaps win the comp I dont have enough stamina to go the distance. so i was wondering if there is any way to build my stamina in the 4 days i have until the comp.

Start having vitamins and eggs for breakfast and lunch. Add Greens like spinach and collard greens, beets and carrots in your diet. Fish is also very good. Please cook and eat them. Don't try anything new in these few days. Reduce fatty and oily foods. Drink lots of water and stop taking Carbonated drinks. This should help you. I wish you best of Luck!

Its difficult to build stamina that fast,
but still u can try out.
exercise
drink banana shake
sleep well
don't eat oily food
drink as much liquid as possible
and avoid sexual contact for the time being

4 days is too less to develop stamina . U r left with the use of some anabolic-androgenic steroid or some ergogenic aid , but these things can have side effects.

incorporate circuit training.lift one set, run a quarter mile on the treadmill at 8 mph or better, another set, another quarter.etc..you'll be amazed by the results, and try Nitrous explode, very good pre-workout boost!

do at least have an hour of aerobic exercise each day and the best thing you can do is eat a lot of protein (fish and oysters, meat) and also to do Yoga, for the respiration and flexibility aspect of your dancing
