The new formulation of Sudafed contains phenylephrine. Just make sure you read the label so you get the correct one. Breathe Right strips work wonderfully and they even have clear ones. A good non medicinal alternative to decongestants.

There are many OTC medications for sinus problems that contain an ingredient called phenylephrine, which is designed to have much the same effect as "sudafed". Check the ingedient labels to see which ones contain it.
