i fill stress in my work place, how can i over come it, any one know about stres!

Stress is everywhere, but more promident in our work environment.

1. If you feel stress because of daily activities and meeting deadlines. Stop, breath and take a close look at your planning. Last minute deadlines we have no control over, but, for the deadlines that you have know about for days or weeks--you do have control over them. Don't procrastinate. Start a project as soon as you get it, do a little bit each day so that way you are not in a rush. Make a plan to have it done 24 hours before it is due.

2. Stress from co-workers is always there as well. If you have a difficult relationship with a co-worker, tell your immediate supervisor and have them step in the middle so that way there isn't tension between you and that person. If you are continuously picking up the slack for the person and not getting the credit for it (which always causes stress), let your supervisor know--but, take a witness with you that has seen you perform that person's task to help defend your case.

3. Starting or stopping a job is always stressful. Learn to cope with simple breathing exercises. Take a minute to pause and reflect on what goals you want to have accomplished, and what you can do to accomplish those goals. Don't let the pressure of just beginning a job get to you, just like don't let the pressure of knowing you need that paycheck make you choose the wrong job position as well. Go with your heart, it will guide you into what you really want to do.

Take a look and see where the stress is actually coming from. Do you have problems at home that affect the way you work? If so, when you leave the house to go to work, shake your body to rid yourself from home.the same goes for when your day at work is done, shake your body off to rid yourself of work.

Don't ever allow your personal life to come into your work environment. Doing so will create even more stress into your already hectic life.
