my experience is have a very light breakfast, you will feel so hungry, hold it until lunch.
lunch time, eat more vegetable, then try to stand up instead of sit down right after lunch, let the stomach process the meal in upright position

swimming is the most recommended excercise because by swimming the body weight does not pressing the joints, you float in the water. by running, the joints is pressed heavily by body weight and gravitational effect.

simpy, cut down your intake of calories and adapt an active live style. People might tell you different ways, but they all circle around this simple principle. the ideal calory intake for someone who wants to loose weight is:

(the ideal weight)*10+walk 4 miles a day or try to burn 500 calories at a gym or a club that you prefere going to.

meaning if your height is 5'5" then you ideal weight is 140

140*10=1400 calories. (one piece of bread, or a banana, or an apple or an orange is, more or less, around 100 calories.)

Try not to eat heavy meals before you go to bed for at least 4 hrs. and do not take all of the 1400 calories in only one meal, rather make it a habit to have at least 3 meals a day. Your breakfast should be the biggest of all.

Grapefruit juice should be your drink all day long pink or regular. You still eat basically what you want to eat.
