Does anyone know any exercises that you can do using a exercise ball?!

Yes,you spread your legs to a comfortable distance and then hold the ball with both your hands parallel to each other perpendicular to the ground.now try to look back as much as you can maintaning the same distance and not moving your feet.Repeat the same in the other direction.This will only let your waist move and burn the fat in that area and give it a shape in some days.Do it 15-30 times :)
