Actually, if you want to set a time to stop eating, set it for two hours before your bedtime. Two hours will be enough time to process and digest the food.

i never eat after 7pm. try to cut down on your carb intake.bread pasta potatoes.eat small meals and have healthy snacks.drink lots of water.
