Women and men? I can see how it might help some women I've known achieve orgasm more easily. One in particular had a hard time getting there because she couldn't relax enough; she couldn't breathe (Either that or I wasn't up to par.) We tried breathing exercises, which didn't really work. I wonder if staring at something, particularily something smooth and soothingly blue, might serve as a sort of meditative object, a way to focus attention and thus relax. To turn off the mind, so to speak. The mind can get in the way when you're trying to let yourself go orgasmically.
As for men, I don't know. Can men experience different levels of intensity in orgasm? I think I'll ask this question..

If this would be the truth, then why majority of rooms and bedsheets in erotic movies is red? I think that red is a most passionate colour, blue is cold and will be more for reflections, calming down. Unless woman's orgasm has some other roots I would vote on red.
