No pain, no gain.

Diet pills aren't the answer. Pretty much ALL of them say (in incredibly small print of course) that in order to obtain optimal results you need to use them in conjunction with a healthy diet and excersize program. So, in reality you really don't need the pills to begin with, just a lot of will power.

You don't lose a bunch of weight fast, you lose a little bit each week (1-2 pounds) over several weeks. Losing weight is a lifestyle change, not something you do for awhile, then go back to your old diet.or something you do for a few days, hoping to lose a bunch of weight. Eat less, eat better stuff and exercise (cardio).

Why dont you get enema every after meal? and try not to get constipated.

If it is fast and easy you can ussually bet that you will just gain all of the weight or more right back.
I think the best way is to watch what you eat and try to get exercise by doing things that you like instead of working out if it isnt fun for you.
Counting calories has been the best thing I have tried that also made me feel better.

Unless you want to do it dangerously you have to work at it to get a result fast. The healthiest way does usually take a while too. You are better off to change your diet- not go on a diet. Find a healthy lifestyle that you can stick to, that way you can stick to it for life. I'd reccommend following weight watchers and incorporating exercise into your day to day life. The good thing about weight watchers is that no food is off limits and it also educates you and teaches you things about food that you will always remember and can go back to on your own. Good luck!

the "no carb" diet. Eat less then 20 carbs a day and you'll drop weight fast, unfortunitally when you start eating carbs again, your stomach will hurt and you will gain with weight back plus some.

If you really want to lose weight and keep it off, I suggest good old fashion cutting down on sweets and fast food, and exercising 30 minutes a day.
